Galata Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed period without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company continues to work to finalize its financial statements to be filed as part of its Form 10-Q and requires additional time to complete the Form 10-Q. The Company is diligently preparing such financial information for inclusion in the Form 10-Q and will file the Form 10-Q as soon as reasonably practicable, which the Company anticipates will not be later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date for the Form 10-Q.
